State Employees' Credit Union (2022-2024): Built marketing operations infrastructure from the ground up at $50B credit union. Trained teams on JIRA, led migration to Monday.com, established workflows and governance that scaled with the organization. Managed high-stakes projects requiring Board of Directors reporting during organizational transformation. My background spans industries most consultants never touch: event and game-day operations for Stanley Cup champions, beverage distribution for international airports, marketing operations for national brands, and back-office infrastructure for financial institutions. This range gives me pattern recognition other consultants don't have—I see what works across contexts, not just within one vertical.

Following the launch, I built a full enterprise PMO: portfolio systems, governance frameworks, compliance documentation, and training programs the team still uses today.
